Wiring a capacitor board.?
I am new with electronics and I was wondering if anyone knew of a website or just had any tips on wiring a circuit board that is primarily built of capacitors and resistors(planning on making a large sparking device similar to the disposable camera tazer and later when I have some skill will make a coil gun).

You have a lot to learn
small C are relatively harmless but a large C hat high V can be deadly
understand how much energy you are storing.
I recommend you start with R and low voltage to learn electricity

I assume that you do not have a ready made printed wiring board and that you need to build your circuit with point to point wires.
Start with some perforated fiberglass board material. The folks who make the board also make terminals that can be pushed into the holes in the board. They fit tightly enough to hold the components in place. Solder wires and components to these terminals. Vector is one such company.

No such element. you could desire to learn it, electronics is rather complicated. First study the easy rules like ohms regulation, rules of parallel and series resistors, and bypass on from there. It takes years. .
