Do you have any recipes you've tried that had quinoa in it? I read so many good things about it. That it is a complete protein source and high in nutrition.

Quinoa and black bean salad- yummmm. Whole Foods makes one like this !

"ancient harvest" brand boxed quinoa comes with a little recipe pamphlet/booklet with it inside. It has 5 or so recipes and i THINK an address to write to get more.
irrelevant comment:I think quinoa looks like fish eggs, if fish eggs tasted like cardboard.

quinoa can be in substitue for any grains
they make quinoa pastas
umm quinoa salad with raisins, walnuts and a vinegarette
