80s pop song "Up & Back" or "That's Gonna Get You Back" or something.?

There was this 80s pop song where the chorus started with something like "Got to get up and ba-ack" and ended with something like "that's gonna get you back." Then the backing vocals came in with "Back... onnnnn, track!" In the video, the backup singers were these real ugly women in chicken suits who puckered up to the camera. At the end, they laid a giant egg from which the guy who was lead singer burst. Who were they and what song was that?

'Right On Track' by The Breakfast Club (Madonna played drums for them 'before' they recorded this song... She helped them get signed after she made it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdpRAsBAe-4 The main 2 guys of the group wrote the song 'True Colors' for Madonna a few years later when she was recording her 'True Blue' album. Because she already had a song called 'True Blue' she thought it would be confusing to have a song called 'True Colors' on the same album so she passed on the song. That led to 'True Colors' being recorded by Cyndi Lauper instead, who won a Grammy for it LOL!
