My wifes ex called child protective services on us even though he has no legitamate reason?
Is there anything we can do to keep him from making false claims ? We have a very happy household and we want to keep it this way. This creates problems when we have to get off work and have people come into our house to judge us. I understand its their job and like i explained to him if he has a concern for his daughter then I understand but he doesnt. He has a lowlife job and does drugs me and my wife have never touched them and both have good jobs.

I would see a lawyer and ask if you can have a drug test done on your ex and if he has drugs in his system he could losing any visitation with daughter. Maybe if you throw a scare like that he will stop phoning protective services. I also would talk to someone at protective services and explain situation.

Well, you wait it out and if your not doing anything wrong you should be fine, you can sue him later, and I don't know if your spellings off, but what you said implies you were married to a man, now a woman...

Sorry you are in such situation, but all you can do is your best for children's sake , if you are not doing any thing don't worry so much about the social worker, they are only doing their job,

theres not a lot you can do,but after the first call and interview and its found unwarrented.they should leave you alone.good luck
