I recently read articles about MLK being a philanderer? Does this take away from...?
the mystique surrounding Dr. King? Did Dr. King cheat in a disertation paper in college? Also, was Rosa Parks an activist for the NAACP and did this determine her famous refusal to give her bus seat up in 1955? I always thought that this was a spontaneous act by Rosa Parks. Is any of this stuff true? We were taught a much different story of these BHM leaders in public school. I don't know what to say in light of these discoveries. My views of these esteemed figures are suspect. What do you guys think? Plz,no racist answers.

Most people have cheated.. but don't think that this is a black thing. JFK and Bill Clinton are perhaps some of the most celebrated immoral men in history. Thomas Jefferson, one of our founding fathers was a slave rapist. There are also rumors about George Washington doing the same but the Thomas Jefferson story is 100% true.

Who gives a crap?! They were humans so yes they made mistakes during their life -- a life by the way full of racial hell, cruelties based on skin color, and messages that they were inferior thanks to the white race! They were two strong fighters against that racial hell so the fact that they may have made mistakes over their life doesn't take away from all of their extraoardinary accomplishments unless you're a KKK nazi or something

wow, who hasn't cheated in college?! are you kidding me?
also, Rosa Parks even admitted she was just very tired and didn't know what she did would spark such an incident.

I'm sick of the countless whites who whimper and/or make putdowns about the crummy state of much of today's black community, whether it be in regards to crime, incarceration, welfare (which countless whites are on), etc., too idiotic to realize that this is all brought on by poverty—poverty stemming from the era of anti-black atrocities that lasted 5 centuries and ended only 35 years ago (grisly anti-black slavery era from 1500s to 1865; legalized anti-black discrimination and other cruelties from 1865 through the 1970s); not to mention, widespread white flight that took off throughout the 1970s as blacks were gradually getting more equal rights. White flight separated the wealth of society from blacks, making it that much harder for this poverty-stricken minority group to get out of the mess whites had placed them in. Legal barriers still enforced racial segregation well into the 1980s. Although these legal barriers had ceased to exist by the 1990s, injustices have always kept blacks poverty-stricken and segregated in innercities: as one example, whites bid up the price of housing in the suburbs, effectively excluding african americans; meanwhile, black neighborhoods receive fewer loans, even after accounting for businesses density, businesses size, industrial mix, neighborhood income, and the credit quality of local businesses. In addition to this, there's the rest of the anti-black discrimination and hate crimes that go on today which most believe to be scanty in amount. According to recent FBI statistics however, anti-black hate crimes and discrimination from whites is at an all time high (as shown here: http://www.fbi.gov/ucr/hc2008/incidents.html ). It simply isn't being addressed as racism is carried out much more subtly than it was a few decades ago. One must ask themselves why has the unemployment rate in the black community recently skyrocketed in comparison to the unemployment rate in the white community. If it weren't for all the anti-black atrocities and injustices of whites, the amount of blacks who are poor and lower-class wouldn't be so high. Just to clarify, today's black elderly weren't allowed in so much as a decent bathroom 35 years ago, much less a decent living environment. They were lucky to be hired at degrading jobs that practiced racial discrimination. As a result, today's middle-aged blacks were raised in poverty, and so on to much of today's younger black generation. Not only is much of the black community in a shabby state for all the aforementioned reasons but most of the white community criticizes and puts down the black community over it while denying any fault of their own race.
