Can I recite the Shabbat blessing?
I have converted to Judaism, and my Shabbat blessing is not very fluent. Can I read or do I have to remember it?
Thanks

Read it! G-d will not object when you do your best.

There's no problem with you reading it, but it really wouldn't take you long to learn - just take a few minutes every day this week, and by next shabbat you'll have it fluent (I assume you're talking about the candle blessing).

There is a general rule that you should ALWAYS read blessings or prayers unless circumstances prevent it. I'm surprised this wasn' addressed in your coversion course. As such, yes, you can (and should) read the blessing.
Note I'm not sur wh you converted through- but if Orthodox you cannot recite the blessing except for women or children- Conservative and Reform both do not go according to this rule.
