Could a Japanese speaker translate these phrases kuresai?

You have my heart.

or

You hold my heart.

I'm thinking it might be something like 君は僕の心ありますが。

Hiragana would be greatly appreciated.

    あなたは私の心を持って。

    (anata wa watashi no kokoro wo mo~tsu te .)

    You hold my heart.

    あなたは私の心を保持します。

    (anata wa watashi no kokoro wo hoji shi masu .)
