How to strengthen my arm from shortstop?

Okay, I'm 13, 100 pounds, and i'm 5'1. I play shortstop for a select AAA team and i need to strengthen my arm. I have know one to throw long toss with and i don't have any weights

    Well... You could get a pitching retract-or!!! What you do is, as you can probably imagine, throw the ball as accurately as you can and as far away as possible, and the ball will actually bounce back to you. it retracts back :) That's what I do. Also, You could buy a bucket of balls, and throw at a brick wall. You could play with a retract-or in the street, backyard, or anywhere you prefer. Hope this helps fellow shortstop :) Oh, and this is a good thing you're asking this, having a strong arm is VITAL for Shortstop.

    First of all, eat a carrot. You're tiny.

    Second, try some practice. Go to a field, stand in the outfield with a bucket of baseballs, and throw as hard as you can.

    light weight training... you don't need bluk but many reps of light wieght to build moderate strength and stamina
