help.. black moors still sick..?

ok so i have been posting questions on here and have gotten a few responses. ok so my black moors have had ich aka white spot disease for about 6 days. I have been doing the ich medication treatment for 6 days along with aquarium salt and doing the 25% water changes. I removed the carbon from the filter, and put an aeration rock in there so they have enough oxygen. They seem to be getting worse. At first they had a few spots now they are covered. Does it get worse before it gets better? what else is there to do?
