Typically, the playboy playmates are very fit, however, its not to the point where they have bulging muscles, so you want to be smooth, very tone. They have clean skin and usually a light tan (So don't go Jersey Shore Tanning lol) with pedicures, manicures, and bikini waxes. I would suggest to look at past playmate photos for examples of the physical fitness and poses.

Other things that need to be considered:

Hair: vibrant colored (meaning that the color is maintained and looks radiant)

usually long and full of volume

usually big loose curls or waves

Makeup: Eyeliner, to where its sexy yet a bit subtle but still alluring

Additionally just because they pose nude doesn't mean they dress trashy. They don't go to the store in just lingerie, they usually go in sweats or some comfortable clothing since their jobs have them so high maintainence. They actually dress somewhat tastefully when not doing a shoot or a party.

Well, based on "The Girls Next Door" commercials I see all the time, it seems like they wear a lot of makeup (and pink). They also have really, really big boobs and very flat stomachs (and basically the perfect body). They wear very short skirts and tight shirts as well. You seem like you're pretty (based on your profile picture) so maybe just go look at Playboy magazines or something to get ideas? I'm sorry I'm not much of a help it's just that I don't really read Playboy or anything (mostly because I'm a girl). Anyways, if it's your dream then good luck!
