Least deserving may well be George Washington, he wasn't smart he grow to be basically a militia guy (have been the cabinet got here from, his loss of president skills) replace BUSH!! on the grounds that he grow to be president in the time of my time and a damned retarded monkey.

Why isn't George W. Bush up there? Everyone hated him. But he's doing a damn well better job than Obama. Obama didn't go to Haiti because "it was too much of a risk" or some bullcrap like that when George W. Bush went to New Orleans during hurricane Katrina and did a lot to help after 9/11. Obama is all talk and the only reason people like him is because he's a good speaker and he's an African American.
