Can I be investigated for a disciplinary if I am awaiting to appeal a previous disciplinary hearing?

I am waiting to have a previous disciplinary heard at an appeal and in the mean time my boss has informed me that i will be up for another disciplinary after the appeal has occurred and is investigating that so that he can invite me as soon as my appeal is over. Seems a bit unfair?

Do you think that if you are "out on bail" & awaiting trial for a burglary, that makes you "immune" from prosecution if the cops catch you breaking in to a different house?

Doesn't that seem a bit unfair?

not necessarily unfair. most people just get fired if their boss is unhappy with something they did. so it sounds like you are fortunate to have due process at your job. btw, i can't help but notice that you aren't saying whether you actually did the thing(s) they say you did.
