Networking: VPN: PPTP: Need free server?

Need a free PPTP server for VPN function. I don't want any suggestions for installed one click programs that only change the browser's IP because I need all software to be tunneled, everything. I just need info on PPTP servers and preferably in the US or UK I guess. I already have one free one but very undependable (at least the free allowance is) plus is Amsterdam and pretty slow even with my 10mbps bandwidth and also cuts in and out making it not secure. Although I know of a couple pay for VPN's that seem good I can't afford at the moment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Update:

Also I'm using Windows Vista and Windows 7 on another pc. No linux please

Update 2:

Ipsec could work but most PPTP work with pc and iPhone as well. Looking a single service that tunnels all data, not just proxy/browser type and can also work on my iPhone. I'm looking for the type I just need to setup login details and then create a VPN using Windows. The installed software types are usually only good for the browser but not programs and other traffic. I'm using a decent VPN as I am here now but disconnects intermittently and can get no help from admins because I'm using the free service, they state wont help but afraid to pay the fee and still have disconnects. I have testing every setting possible and the only thing that seems to help is removing all protocols except IPv4 and lowered security a bit. I'm actually wondering if it's cutting out because it temporarily is not encrypted properly or is just their servers.

I tried hundreds of proxies/free vpn's over many months. All I got out of it was a lot of frustration as they got blocked in short order. Well I got one more thing and that was a virus from one of them that wrecked my HD. Even when they worked for a while they were slow and didn't support all the web site features. My friend in Riyadh told me about the Personal VPN http://www.surfbouncer.com./ He's kind of an expert on unblocking sites because he lives in a place where pretty much everything fun is blocked.

Anyway, I tried it a few months ago and it's been working all the time. I haven't been blocked since and the sites are 100% functional. With the Personal VPN everything works like it's supposed to. Once connected you don't even know it's there. It's not free but it works perfectly.

there are a number of unfastened ones available yet maximum are sluggish and incorporate spyware so so which you are able to truly save around. I incredibly have been making use of unfastened VPN Proxy for some weeks now and works surprisingly lots at unblocking British & American web pages properly adequate.
