What should I be when I grow up?!?
I'm a 24 y/o male born and raised in N. California. I'm extremely happily married and want to support my wife and live well, well meaning not $ but loving what I do for a career. I'm currently in customer service which is not rewarding.
I'm currently taking General Ed classes at a community college and working full time.
Heres my skill set so far
I like doing html/css web design
write music
build computers
I'm very tech savvy and want to get into coding more web based coding. The only thing is a bachelors in Science usually requires a lot of math....which isnt my strong suit. I was thinking web coding like going into advanced web design but I hear tech school is a joke and getting a bachelors will take a while for me and hating calc classes i see myself being miserable...which isnt the point to life
blech any suggestions?!

Go to a company you want to work for and offer to do stuff for free. Get contacts in companies around the industry you want to work and speak to them. Or basically -get a foot in the door.
If you can get a job in that sector and you decide you want to pursue an education in it you have the advantage of being around like minded people that can help you along the way.

If I was you I would get a retail license to get one the course cost 3000 - 5000 dollars pretty expensive! But thats me!
Also I know Im not your father or anything but mabye should had tried harder at school got a degree and got into advertising or even a doctor.
You could also do tafe and get into program designing since you like design tech.
You could also bye a small company any biuld up to bye bigger compinies.
You know how you buy a house instead of selling it everytime you move keep it and rent it that would add do you bank account every fourt night or whenever.

Computer engineering? It's a little different than what you are doing right now, but it definitely pays more.
oh and btw.......24 years old is "grown up" lol
