Which shipping company would you rely on the most? FedEx or UPS?

It really depends on your experience as to which one you will prefer. FedEx has always given me good service (although I saw one of their drivers throw a box down at my neighbor's door). UPS delivers some of my packages crushed and halfway open. FedEx is certainly my choice. I am sure some people have had the opposite experience, and make UPS their choice.

FedEx. I used to be a fan of both until this past december. FedEx hasn't lost any of my packages unlike UPS, which happened twice.

Fedex is cheaper but you have to use a credit card ups is more expensive I guess fedex because they handle your packages more carefully.

Fedex but they are both as good. depends on who is sending the goods to you

If you are shipping small amounts like that you are better off sending them by mail. You can insure them that way too.
