Will I loose British Nationality if I go to live in NZ?
I am thinking about going to live in NZ for a while. I was awarded British Nationality in July and am now thinking about going to teach in nz for while. Is there a time limit I can be away from the UK or is British Nationality permanent?

If you've been naturalised as a British citizen, that is permanent and can't be taken away, just as if you were born British. I know some other countries are different - the Netherlands makes naturalised citizens lose citizenship if they are out of the country for more than 10 years, for example - but that doesn't apply to us Brits.
The only way you can be deprived of British citizenship is if the Home Secretary decides that it would be "conducive to the public good" (see the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006). That only applies if you are a dual citizen, as that Act also provides that it wouldn't be done to leave you with no nationality at all.
Enjoy NZ - you're British for life unless you become a terrorist!

british citizenship is permanent - and if you do eventally become a NZ citizen, you get to keep both - both countries do allow dual citizenship
now when you say stay in NZ for a while - how long is a "while"?
You cant get a work permit - NZ is not currently giving out work permits to foreigners because of high unemployment for locals due to the recession

this is the teaching qualifications and standards you MUST MEET to be able to immigrate permanently to NZ.

You can not lose citizenship by being absent (unlike ILR). You will, though, need some sort of visa from NZ - check with their embassy.

at the beginning, have been you born in uk after 1983 or formerly? in case you have been born AFTER 1983 - have been your mum and dad legal citizens in uk or have been they travellers. in the event that they have been in basic terms travellers or momentary workers, then you fairly is in basic terms not eligible for a british passport, decrease than the regulations of england at that ingredient. if that they had LTR (long term pass away to stay) then you fairly are eligible as a british citizen. yet you will choose your mum and dad LTR papers as info alongside with your beginning certificates.
