Ooh! that is such a cute dress. Well, you could try some silver accessories (ring, bracelet, earrings), not too much, less is more- especially with the stripes in this dress, so wear some Black or Red heels/ shoes and your good! (no leggings, it will make the whole outfit and how it may fit your body look odd)

Shoes could be black, high heels. Sort of strappy.

that dress is adorable !
i like what the tightss and pumps but if your not the heels kinda person id say colored tights and a leather jacket for winter and if its something for summer or spring this could look very cool accesorised with a leather bag and nude shoes
