Any good Romantic Comedy Anime/Manga out there?

Dengeki Daisy - 5/5 stars AMAZING pulled me in from the first chapter!

Teru, a poor and kind girl, recently lost her older brother, her only remaining relative. Before he died, he gave her a cell phone connecting her to a person he said would support her if ever he were unable to. As time passes she is cheered on by text messages sent from this enigmatic person, known only as DAISY. But one day, through an unexpected incident as Teru begins working for the delinquent school janitor, Kurosaki, she starts to question DAISY's identity. DAISY may be closer to Teru than she thinks.

Along the way, she discovers her true self, makes new friends (and enemies), and finds herself at the heart of some interesting situations that will change her life, and the lives of all others involved, forever.Along the way of her way to stardom a few unexpected people seem to fall for Kyoko and an unexpected childhood pal came back from the world Kyoko wasn't able to reach

Fruits Basket - also 5/5 this anime/manga basically got me into anime/manga in the first place! it's terrific!

When high school student Tohru Honda's mother dies in a car crash, Tohru remains optimistic and begins living in a tent and supporting herself, until she finds lodging – and friends – in the least likely of places: the home of the school "prince," Yuki Sohma, along with Yuki's cousins Kyo and Shigure. The Sohma clan holds a dark secret, however: the family is cursed, so when certain members of the family are hugged by someone of the opposite gender, they turn into a Zodiac animal! It is unheard of for an outsider to learn the clan's secret, but when Tohru discovers she promises not to tell, and continues living with Yuki, Kyo and Shigure. The Souma's curse, however, is much deeper and darker than it may seem, but Tohru's presence soon becomes a positive influence on the lives of those possessed by the Zodiac, and certain events are put in motion that will change the Sohma clan forever.

Kaichou wa Maid Sama!? (President is a Maid!?) - 4/5 stars. I started it because so many people were raving about it, and it turned out to be really good. I'm not as into it as I am in the mangas I listed above, but I definitely recommend it

Once an all boys school, Seika High, a renowned school full of reckless and filthy students, has recently become a co-ed school. However, with the female population still remaining a minority even after the change over the recent years, Misaki Ayuzawa takes it into her own hands to reform the school and allow a chance for the girls to feel safer in the rough environment.

Training, studying and even becoming the first female student council president of the school, Misaki has gained a reputation among the male students body as an uptight boy-hating demon dictator and as a shining hope for the teachers and fellow female students. However, despite her tough-as-nails appearance, she secretly works part-time at a maid cafe in order to support her family. Unfortunately, her secret is soon revealed when the somewhat impassive Usui Takumi, a popular boy at school, nonchalantly discovers her in a maid uniform after school.

by the way, the art in all of these is very well done ^_^ I can't stand to read a manga if the art isn't good, so I know what you mean. Also, none of what I put is perverted at all. I'm not into that kind of thing. OH! don't be turned off by the art in the very beginning of Fruits Basket either. It takes a couple of volumes for the author to really get in her stride in her design of the characters, her drawings improve throughout the manga :D hope you enjoy these titles as much as I did! they can all be found on Mangafox.com

If you like those gender benders I suggest Hana-Kimi. Comedy: the Wallflower (also known as Perfect Girl Evolution and Yamato Nadeshiko Shinchi Henge), Special A, Beauty Pop, Chikyuu Kanri-nin, Ageha 100%, and Dragon Girl are all really good. The Wallflower and Special A are also Animes.

Fruits Basket definitly!! I have watched the anime twice and am reading the manga now. The art is really good, and its adorable. Also Shugo Chara. Both aren't perverted don't worry, I am not into those either.
