teen girls!!! do you wear underwear under your running shorts that already have built in underwear?

Are you going to wash your shorts after every run?

Sometimes especially with looser shorts, you can run in them a few times before they need washing, however if you are using the built in liners without underwear then you might want to wash them after every run.

Getting naked after school... You might want to shower after a training session so nakedness is necessary for that, however if you want to go home to shower just go home in your running kit

For my last year of track, I had the shorts with built in underwear. I usually wore underwear with them. I mean, it's really not that big of a difference.

i run track and i always wear underwear with them. i know a few people who dont wear underwear since it is built in but most people wear underwear with them. there is nothing wrong with keeping it on, plus i personally think it is easier to just leave them on when changing after school
