For British Nationality do I have to do the life in the UK test again?
I have done the test for Indefinite Leave to Remain status and passed. Is this another test or will they already have it on record that I passed?

No I don't think you have to do it again.

no, once u do it for your ILR you dont need to do it again. but you will need to send the test pass certificate along with your passport application.
