Tanning bed questions...?

I recently started tanning in a tanning bed. I usually tan pretty quickly and don't burn much. I went for the second time yesterday and now my front side from the chest to my knees is burnt a bit and the rest is not. Can anyone explain this?

    Yes I can!!

BUT FIRSTLY TANNING BEDS DO NOT GIVE YOU CANCER> In a controlled environment the risk of burning is greatly minimized, unlike holidays abroad where you "forget" to use cream and sit out all day.

Now with that off my chest, i work in the tanning industry and a lot of people ring and ask questions about this, so your not on your own, the reason for it is, even if you tan naturally in the sun do you wear an SPF? Yes!! So your skin is not used to being exposed to UV light with no protection, also this area of your body is generally covered! i would suggest that you buy some aloe cream to soothe the burn and DON'T go back on the sunbed until its completely gone.

Then when you are comfortable with using the tanning bed again, lower your time, do like 6 sessions at 4-6 minutes and up it a couple of minutes at a time, also, use a specific tanning cream, designed for UV beds, I could help you with a few names if i knew where you were! (UK or US) This will help you tan faster and also help to keep your tan longer, also if you can afford it, buy another bottle of the same cream and use it asmoisturizerr after showering, this will enhance the amount of melanin (brown pigment) in your skin. The stuff we sell is pretty good search seller ID on ebay for tanninga1a and have a look at what we have, this will give you an idea of what you should be using and the price you should be paying.

Also dont go on every day, your tan takes 24hrs to develop, so every other day is the maximum, but twice a week should do it.

Having a great tan is something that nearly everyone is looking to get. There are a few ways to about getting it, some safer than other. You’re three options is traditional tanning (outside in the sun), indoor tanning beds, and self tanning lotions.

Because of the dangerous UV light that traditional tanning and indoor tanning beds attack your body with, I prefer to go with sunless tanning lotions. These work great and quickly, and provide a natural, glowing and radiant tan.

Here is an article I was reading yesterday and how sunless tanning lotions work, and which ones are the best.

DON'T USE A TANNING BED. You can get skin cancer!! Though I'm not a big fan of spray tans, they are much better than tanning beds.
