If someone tries to get a Drivers License besides the one they have, will they get caught?
Someone I know at work (I overheard on the phone) said he is trying to apply for a DL, because his current license got suspended and expired, and he will do it using his long gone cousin's from another Country record (naturalized) wouldn't he get caught? even though his license is expired?
Should I tell the boss? How does it work with fingerprints at the DMV? ( I don't really want to get involved) only answer if you truly know..
Thank you

You have to prove your identity pretty thoroughly to obtain a license in most states now.
They want several forms of ID as well as things like mail addressed to you or bills. He won't be able to produce most of that, especially the ID part and he will likely just get denied after waiting in that long line for hours.

Why would you inform on someone? It is between the employer and this guy. It is not right to meddle in his business unless he is doing harm to your boss in some way. Besides, he was only talking, so you cant accuse him if he did not do anything illegal yet. It is possible to get a second drivers license from another state or country since some states allow you to keep your old license.
