How can I open an Attachment without the Mouse?

I am a Keyboard Curmudgeon Wizard but my collection of shortcuts does not handle Attachments. And my mousing is klutzy.

    Noor... he said without the mouse...

    The tab button will cycle through the screen, just hit tab until you are on the attachment, and hit enter.

    Click on the attachment and press enter on your keyboard?
