Is there a number of hours a salary employee can't work over?
I am doing research for an economics class. If a person is working on a salary contract in Utah does the employer have to pay overtime if they work over 40 hrs in a week?

If its a salaried employee, there is not overtime
If its a non salaried employee, anything over 40 hrs within a week is considered OT
