Common times for growth spurts are during the first few days at home and around 7-10 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months (more or less).
Growth spurts don't stop after the first year - most moms notice growth spurts every few months during the toddler years and periodically thereafter on through the teenage years.
So it sounds like you LO is having a spurt :)

Roughly the whole first 3 weeks, then 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and then 12.
Yep, 5 - 6 months is a growth spurt area.

I believe that sleepiness is a symptom of growth spurt. I have enclosed a link that can provide you with some information that might be useful for you. I hope it helps.

Yes I am positive your baby is going through a growth spurt. If i'm not mistaken they come in threes. My DD is 6mo and she is hitting another growth spurt.
