How to change settings on xbox 360?

When i try to download a map pack for COD it wont let me because it is rated M. How do i change this setting?

    There's no way to get past this. Xbox Live block you from downlaoding it no matter what your settings are. You would need to make another account and set it to over 18 to get the pack and then you would have to stay on that profile since map packs cannot be shared between accounts.

    My Xbox > System settings > family settings > game ratings
