    The state of Florida is trying to pass legislation with stiffer penalties for people who not only promote the fighting rings but anyone found on the premises.

    My heart is torn by this and every other time the monsters in this world show their ugly faces toward animals and children.

    Did anyone take note the dogs were NOT human aggressive?
