wats the best chocolate pancake recipe ( oh and i need one that doesnt consist needing flour or sugar)?

I haven't seen any pancake mixes using chocolate or are flour and sugar free.
I would suggest you obtain a pancake recipe and alter the flour content to either an almond flour or rice flour or even oat flour and add your own cocoa powder to suit your needs.
It will take some experimenting but you should be able to eat the experiments.

You won't get pancakes without flour. Adding flour but no sugar will make them taste more like biscuits than pancakes.

Gluten-Free Pancakes

Ingredients:
•1 egg
•1 1/4 cup buttermilk
•2 tbsp oil
•1 tbsp honey, fruit juice concentrate
•1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
•2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation:
Beat egg until frothy. Add buttermilk, oil, and honey and beat until well blended.
In another bowl mix brown rice flour and the remaining dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the liquids. Stir until well blended. Do not over stir. Batter will be stightly lumpy.
Lightly grease a frying pan and fry pancakes.

You Need Somekind of flour. And the sugar is negotiable, but kinda needed.

um, you need flour. or something to substitute it. you can grind up oats and use oat flour instead of flour.
