It just goes to show how the so-called "conservatives" in Utah are liberal vermin in disguise. It is dumb to reward someone for irresponsibility.

It's ridiculous. I'd bet dimes to dollars the Mormons are the ones pushing this through. That way they can marry their 14-year old wife, get her pregnant, then live off her federally-funded income.
