You might want to check out the Writer's Center in Bethesda. They mostly work with writers at their location, but their Web site says that they can design a custom program at your location.

But there are also people who specialize in particular kinds of writing (grant proposals, business plans, shareholder reports, etc., etc.). If you can focus your needs more specifically, you may find others who can fit your requirements specifically. However, the Writer's Center has a pretty broad spectrum of abilities, so it is a good resource and may have just what you want. Good luck!!

It's really good because you can link your listing both to a category and a zipcode -- so it gets targeted at the particular area you want it to be seen.
