Is my diet good to follow for weight gain and muscle gain im 140 right now and 18?

I need 2,900 calories a day

I’m going to go off 30 percent of them from protein

50 percent of them from carbohydrates

And 20 percent from good fat

Protein: 870 calories / 4 = 217.5g per day.

Carbohydrates: 1450 calories / 4 calories = 362.5g per day.

Fat: 580 calories / 9 = 64.4g per day.

This is how much I need per meal

Total meals required per day 6.

Protein: 36g of protein per meal x 6

Carbohydrates: 60g of carbohydrates per meal x 6

Fat: 13g of fat per meal x 5*

7.00 AM

Breakfast: one egg, 3 egg whites, one cup milk, chicken breast, one banana and one apple

Carbohydrates 64

Fat; 16.4

10.00 AM

Mid-morning snack: Protein Shake Whey + peanut butter, banana, one slice wheat bread

Carbohydrates: 58

12.00 PM.

Lunch: 1 baked potato, 1 chicken breast, 1 chicken thigh, 1 turkey breast on two slices wheat bread,

Carbohydrates: 66

Mid-afternoon snack: Beef topside, one cup of milk, soy beans, cheddar cheese, an orange, peanut butter, pear

Protein; 36.4

Carbohydrates: 63.3

Fat; 16.3

Evening snack: chicken breast, chick thigh, baked potato + cheddar cheese, corn kernels, Dry Roasted peanuts

Protein: 34.5

Carbohydrates: 48.7

Fat: 21.4

Dinner: Sirloin Grilled Beef, One cup milk, whole-wheat bread, one orange, one artichoke, one onion

Protein: 41.4

Carbohydrates: 59.9

    You are really doing a lot right. Results are coming.

    I can tell you like to be very well informed. There is one other angle the may help you. The type of food you eat does make a difference. You are eating good food. But there are certain foods that can slow or speed your muscle building and fat burning.

    It pays to know. Could save you some time.

    killer to see someone that actually knows how to bulk. You got a good plan going, my personal choice would to do 40-40-20 but that's just me. USP labs offers PRIME and also POWERFULL and i'm stacking them both right now and it's amazing. all natural supps and then i'm taking why protein in the morning and post workout. Other then that though you got a good diet on your hands. stick with it and you should see results 4-6 weeks.
