Do you think the Supreme Court 5 judges should be impeached?

they did abuse their powers.....grounds for impeachment?....YES!

justice...Anthony M. Kennedy stands by and totally defends nonprofit and profit bearing corporations right to free speech.

the defense of the 5 judges, was it was their job is to uphold the law, not the constitution....

they obviously manipulated the law to suit their own agendas. come on, they knew what the law was really about, 4 out of 9 did. if you think long enough on anything you can twist it to suit any need you desire......

a corporation is not an individual person a corporation only has the power to act.as an individual, not be an individual....

shouldn't this be besides the point what does giving corporations the right to free speech have to do with the issue of giving the candidates of an election money....

if they have needs that require political influences then they should present their issues to the political party without the money and if it is a worthy cause and will be helpful to both the growth of the corporation and the growth of the American people let the candidate use it as a strategic move in his campaign.

you'd have a hard time proving that one of the five committed treason...

manipulating the law like a road scholar.

insulting the intelligence of the American people.

abusing their powers also grounds for impeachment.....

it is so obvious how weak the argument is that it is necessary for corporations to obtain free speech by giving unlimited amounts of money to candidates.

their right to free speech is not what they stand to gain by giving all this money to candidates....it is painfully obvious this money buys them more rights than the rest of us.

Update:

it's true i don't like what they did but they obviously abused their powers. and this is grounds for impeachment that or misconduct in office or commiting high crimes or misdemeanors such as bribery, pergery (hello ...B. Clinton) and treason among the vast wrongdoing encompassed by the constitution.

Update 2:

i am also aware that removing an official from office requires two steps.

1. a formal accusation, or impeachment by the house of representatives.

2. a trial and convition by the senate.

....impeachment requires a majority vote of the house; and conviction requires 2/3's vote by the senate.

the Vise President presides over the senate in the case of officials except for the President, whose trial is presided over by the cheif justice of the Supreme Court... as the Vise President is next in line for the Presidents job.

Update 3:

how true; it is not likely the senate would impeach them after aproving them.

yes, this makes it an uphill battle.

I disagree with the decision too. But no. You can't impeach someone just because you don't like what they do. Read the Constitution.

There is no evidence anywhere (nor has it even been mentioned outside of this page) that the Supreme Court abused its powers.

Congress and the President (all administrations) abuse their power. But those do not always translate too "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" In addition, the same Senate that confirmed them, is less likely to convict them.

We need to include Justices on the national ballots and vote for retention or dismissal

No, and thanks for thanks for the laugh! What's a "road scholar"? Is that a homeless school teacher?
