is there a way to determine my ascendant?

I am not really sure what my birth hour is so i am really confused about my ascendant. Considering the hours it appears to be either virgo, libra, or scorpio. My moon is in Virgo and my sun sign is in Sagittarius. Also I have almost all the planets in the botttom left of my chart, like in the first three houses-

I can identify with virgo for being picky but i am not really clean cut, or clean ! libra, I like to size up everything and find the other side but i don't think i come across as charming ( i'm shy) and also i use this finding the other side to debate 50% of everything people say to me. And for Scorpio I don't think I command respect! I dunno what else to say but can someone tell me some clues that can help me determine my rising sign??

First, consult the birth records or ask someone who was in attendance at the birth. If these prove to be useless rectification is the next option.

First there is the progression of risings. The rising signs change about every two hours as the earth turns on its axis. Thus noting whether you were born in the day or at night can help to narrow things down. Anyone born from roughly from 4AM to 6AM is likely to have their Sun sign also ascending. And those born from 4PM to 6PM are likely to have the opposite sign ascending.

To really discover the exact hour rectification would have to be done. This would include noting all the major life changes in the natives life and astrologically seeing what time the planets indicated these to work back toward the possible time of birth.
