Do you ever feel....stuck?

Like your somehow trapped in this box of you daily routines, so sick of planning. I just want to live, but it seems like so many things are in my way of breaking out of all this. p.s. I'm not depressed, just thinking...

Ever felt like this? Like you just want to escape all of this and leave it all?

Update:

anyone dare to explain?

Yeah, I feel like that now. But more of financial and social restrictions for me.

All I do is go to my classes, and do my homework. Same boring thing every day.

After I graduated High School most of my friends have drifted off, and now I'm stuck with no job or friends. Also I'm realizing that I've never been a risk taker, and I have always played it safe. So I'm sorta regretting not doing things while I could still get away with stuff, but I digress.

Yeah, I feel stuck. I also know it won't be like this forever, so I just hunker down and hold on until its over.

Thats EXACLY how i feel in a way. I'm trapped in all these stupid daily routines like school and homework and somehow my life has become like a schedule in its own way. I see my bf every sunday. i go to school all through out the week and then come home to a crap load of homework then take a shower go to sleep and wake up the next day to do the same thing. I just wanna break free from the schedule and have fun for once. REAL fun not just chilling in my house for an hour every saturday with the same person -_-

But if what YOU need is to escape even for a moment try listening to this for a while... like i mean put in your head phones, close your eyes, and think of the most peaceful place you can. Its helps me. Heres the link to the song:

    Believe me this is amazing!

It appears that you are not satisfied with the life of ordinary clockwork automatism. Ordinary life is one of mechanicalness, each day is the same, not really a routine of ones choosing, but simply a moving through motions motions, a life stringed together by external stimulus of events that are not at first glance understood, but only taken in unconsciously.

The truth is we are stuck and the world is dictating us, instead of us dictating ourselves. We are stuck within a box and for many this box is a comforter. But it does not have to be this way, one can break out of the box, one can dwell in the now. Life is there to be lived, but so few live it. There is a life, outside of this clockwork life.

Yes I have been stuck. For so long I tried to get unstuck. I figured out that this was not the answer. Rather I learned to turn the box into a playground for my ideal. My box then became essential to my growth.

Yes, I have had similar feelings at one time or another. Here is how I control it, instead of it controlling me:

First, I focus on the goal, not the obstacle. If your focus is on the obstacle then that is what grows larger for you (what is imagined tends to be realized - - what we focus on is what we achieve). Second, if I perceive that I am "boxed in" I question my state of mind as opposed to circumstances, for it is in the mind where such symptoms originate. Lastly, I focus on what needs to be done to achieve the desired result, and I simply Do. I may not always "win", but I always give the effort... and that is what counts.

There are two ways to go through life... one can Live, or one can exist. Living involves planning and action. Existence involves expecting others to do it all for you. No Effort equals no progress. We become the choices we make in life. If you choose to exist, then that becomes the only progress you achieve. If choose to Live, then progress never ends with a single result. Progress requires ongoing effort toward more and more results.

YES!!! Like everything you do is a routine. You want to enjoy life and just let go but you can't. I know exactly how you feel. I want a world where I can worry about nothing at all!
