Of course they're angry. They don't like it when a true Republican wins the heart of the people.

No, and by the way, the straw poll is about as predictable as the star signs.

Mitt Romney won it last time, and John McCain was nominated, so it may not mean much.

I think Ron Paul would be good for President. He would clean it up I think, but my first choice would be Mitt.

I don't now about the "neo-cons" (I wonder if that is valid in scrabble?) but I for one would love to see a Constitutionalists in office.

neo mean new, and I assume the use of "cons" is derived from slang. I fail to see why new voters with conservative values would be against Ron Paul. I suppose their are some sure. But to suggest he is like the plague or something is simply not true.

He won with only 31%, meaning that 69% want some other candidate. I am a little disappointed yes but I don't really think it means anything. The majority of CPAC is still not isolationist.

i voted for him but he's irrelevant. he will go the way of Ross Perot, the people love em, the institutions hate him and without the institutions he's simply pissing in the wind. I curious why you think this is a neocom thing, he's aligned more with the tea party, but then again I'm talking at a libtard.

Why should we? We cant just talk about reducing government, we have to walk the walk sometime and it appears that time is now.

Neocons probably are. But I see no reason any fiscal conservative should be upset.
