were is my four wheel drive actuator on my 97 olds bravada?

i cant find it under my battery were i thought it should be and cant find no vacume hoses leading down there or anything please help asap

    Bravada's are full time 4wd,there is no actuator to engage the front diff.

    its on the front differential, i believe the rear of the housing
