islets of langerhans (alpha and beta cells) secrete endocrine hormones, and the acinar cells make the exocrine secretions. exocrine part secrete digestion enzymes.

i found a website explaining the types of cells: http://www.copewithcytokines.de/cope.cgi?key=pancr...

the biggest difference between endocrine and exocrine glands: endocrine glands secrete into the blood while exocrine glands secrete into the ducts.

Are you sure it's your way of talking? It sounds suspiciously like you took a test question and then added a sprinkling of your own words around it.

    Endo means inside

    Exo means outside.

Endocrine glands secrete hormones inside your system.

Exocrine glands secrete outside. I don't know whether this includes digestive enzymes, but it would make sense because they're kind of "outside" relative to the rest of you.

If I explained any more I'd just be regurgitating something from Wikipedia...

As an endocrine gland, the pancrease secretes insulin directly into the blood. As an exocrine gland, it secretes various enzymes, like pacreatic amylase, into the duodenum through a duct.

so endocrine puor their secretion into the blood.

Exo means out, so they pour out of blood.

    Pancreas is mixocrine gland.

I know that much only, Do not report me any one.
