wheres my tax refund?

i filed my taxes using turbo tax electronically using direct deposit but the irs said they couldn't deposit it into my account. i called February 16th and they said its been mailed off, its not February 23rd and i still havent received it yet!!! whats the hold up?

    use the irs website and go to 'where's my refund' it should have a date on there of when it was mailed or if it was mailed. if it is after that date call them at the number on that site. i've had to do it before.

    remain patient or call the IRS.
