kenmore refrigerator doesnt let water down but ice comes out fine!?
i have a white kenmore fridge not sure on the model number, it has the option to release water, solid ice, or crushed ice.
the water button will not light up when i press it. it stays on either the crushed or the solid ice, wont switch to the water, everything is still connected, problem just happened out of no where
any help?

The touch pad or button is not activating the solonoid valve to release the water. You need a new touch/button pad.

It's either the control board behind the dispenser or a bad water valve.
