what could be wrong with my 4wd on my 97 olds bravada front drive shaft moves but doesnt engage front end?

    more than likely one of the hubs is not locking properly, if you have autolock hubs, then something is worn, or possibly broken in one side or the other. if this is a common problem, a lot of time the parts guy at a local dealer may know what the problem is, so call or drop by a dealer and catch a parts guy good luck
