What is the meaning of "Stuff your face and tell the truth"? Not the literal meaning, just what it implies.?

"Shut your face and tell the truth" means stop lying and be honest. "Stuff your face" means eat. I've never heard your phrase before.

I think, without having seen the movie, that "stuff your face" means the same as "shut your face" or "stuff it" meaning stop talking a lot, stop the flow of words, and tell the truth. I assume the person being addressed was babbling and making excuses.

Stuff your face : to eat a lot of food or too much food; to give sb a lot or too much to eat

and it means that:
