As the previous answer pointed out, we can't see a picture contained on your C:\ drive, if that picture is a screenshot of your computer or an image file you want us to look at to diagnose a problem, you have to post it to an image hosting service such as Flickr, Imageshack or Photobucket.

the link you posted can only be used on your computer. we on the web cant see it.
