know this might sound stupid but do anorexic people get hungry? I am doing a project about eating disorders and i need to know if they get hungry or hav they like learned to ignore it? If u could explain it to me that would be nice.

I don't know that much about anorexic people, but they must get hungry sometime. They might have learned to ignore it somehow.
