Martial Arts worksheet/project ideas?
We are implementing an extra (voluntary and free) program at our martial arts school, for students 12 and older, that focuses on having a good Attitude and Being a Role Model. We want them to do a worksheet for each section about a particular word and I need some help creating them or finding already made worksheets.
The words we are planning to use are:
Attitude
Teamwork
Self-Discipline
Courtesy
Confidence
Courage
Appreciation
Charity
Achievement
Can anybody help point me in the right direction or give me some ideas for good questions (maybe short answer) that would be good to use or that you would like to see on a worksheet of this nature?!

hello,
start with your school. what values are taught? in what ways? how are they expected to be applied to the students day-to-day lives?
the point is, a list doesn't have any value if it simply a bunch of words for the sake of having a bunch of words. your list has plenty.
instead, give the students a word each month and have them write a short essay that gives an example of that student acting upon that word.
over time, their answers should become more sophisticated, reflecting an increasingly sophisticated understanding of the concepts these words embody.
you could even arrange events or situations with themes matching the word of the month.
who knows..... your students may even come to understand how YOU define these concepts based upon how you include them in your school.
