Does South Park accurately depict homosexuals with Mr. Garrison and Mr. Slave?

Not really since Mr garrison became Mrs Garrison and also became a lesbian then went back to being Mr Garrison and was a gay male again. Mr garrison has a very complex sexuality and gender it would appear lol.

There isn't a real number anyone could give you. I will say that quite a few people, gay and straight, are like Mr. Slave. BDSM is pretty popular these days. And almost nobody is like Mr. Garrison lol. Transgendered people don't often flip flop between genders or sexualities, he's just a character in place to represent all the GLBT people and stories in the show.
