video surveillance of my PCs activity?
Is there anything I can download that video records all my computers activity so I can watch it as it happens at a later date, I'm not talking about a tracking device that logs details of sites visited, I want to be able to watch (in real time so to speak) what has already been watched. There are some strange things happening on my pc recently and I want to get to the bottom of it.
A free trial download would be preferable as I think one or two days monitoring will solve my problem, but I want to actually be able to see what's happening (video or screen caps)

this is a good site which sells a very powerful monitoring software
there isnt really a piece of software that you can use to monitor the actual display, but you could mount a camera near the screen
