    i`m pretty sure it`s one of those double band headbands.

    either that, or she`s just wearing two thin headbands. (:

    they are merely headbands. Uber prominent now. I call them "hipster bands", yet that's yet another tale. you need to purchase them almost everywhere. UrbanOutfitters American clothing consistently 21 heavily, everywhere.
