Where are the best places to watch the Tokyo Marathon?

We were thinking about the corner of Meiji Doori and Yasukuni Doori or the corner of Mejiro Doori at Iidabashi (simply because those are easy places for us to get to). Are there particularly good places with great views and fewer spectators?

I think you should read this traffic regulation for the Tokyo Marathon - http://www.tokyo42195.org/pdf/traffic2010_en.pdf

Maybe with this, you'll find a good yet not to crowded spot while you can watch comfortably to the event.

Here's the course map of Tokyo City Marathon:

At the Hibiya Park, they have some events and food stands in the park because Hibiya park is the goal for 10km runner. So you don't need to get bored to have nothing to do other than watching people running, also you can see some 10km marathon runner reach their goal. The Yurakucho station is nearby, so you can stop by Ginza after watching the marathon if you like. You can check the map and determine where to go.
