Hang with friends and maybe go to the beach or lazer tag, or a water park or an amusement park? bowling? Have like a party, dunno.do whatever makes you happy.:) have fun and happy birthday! :)

Go on ebay and buy strobe light and disco lights and new boom box with great music and lots of popcorn and chocolate. Have one person over to share it with, it dont matter who with as you would still enjoy it if you did this.
Or stay up late with Tv on and curtains open so you can see its night and have one special person over and four cans of pop.
