The Sims 3 - Can't find "quick burst" or any other option while exercising!?
My sim is at level 10 athletic, but there's no option for her to use the "quick burst," "don't break a sweat," etc.. I know I've seen them before but lately they don't pop up before or during exercise. What's my problem? Thanks!

Are u sure u are checking the right place. You need to click on the arrow next the box which indicates running.

For the quick burst workout you must start working out. Than which ever system you have all you have to do is push the button which you would want to cancel the a workout. It should pause the game after pressing B on Xbox or O on PlayStation. After your game goes to a pause it gives you an option to either cancel the workout or change the workout rate. To change the workout rate you press A for Xbox or X for PlayStation and it will give you a list of work out levels. These are: basic workout, good pacing, don't break a sweat, push yourself and the quick burst as the last. I hope this helps anyone's problem.
